When you supply us with your details there are no boxes to tick if you do not wish to receive email newsletters or other information which may or may not be of interest to you. We won't give out your information unless it is part of the service which we provide, and you give us permission to do so by using the Site for the specific transaction that you contemplate when using the Site.

With this in mind, you acknowledge and recognise that third party suppliers will be able to search and gain access to any listing you have posted where they have registered.
